I became a Certified Home Inspector after completing the ICA Professional Real Estate Certification Program. I have a background in law enforcement with over 20 years of experience and another 9 years of experience in the private security industry. I have developed a keen eye for safety and security, which I now bring to the home inspection industry. I also have previous experience in home construction.
I will provide a thorough evaluation of the home, focusing not only on standard inspection points, but also on identifying potential safety and security concerns that could affect the homeowners. My goal is to ensue that the client has a comprehensive understanding of the condition of the home, so that they can make an informed decision.
